What if I really want to pick where I want to go?

We are a full service travel agency

We are a full service travel agency and are happy to help with your travel plans. We can tell you as little or as much as you'd like to know 

about your trip. If you'd like us to choose everything except the destination, we can certainly help with that too! 

What if I have no interest in going where you send me?

This is all about spontaneity

The destinations we send you to will have lots to do with many hidden treasures. You will be given a list of recommended activities and sites 

as well as dining experiences in the area. You are bound to enjoy your vacation and might even find out the destination was nothing 

like what you expected! 

How far in advance do I need to book?

Two months prior to travel is our minimum

Trips includiing airfare can be booked 2-9 months in advance and self drive trips can be done 2-18 months in advance.                   .                   

How many people can travel on a trip?

The more the merrier

Just keep in mind that there can be no more than 4 adults per room or 2 adults and 4 children. More than 6 guests requires reserving an extra 

room.

Can I request an international destination?

Currently no

But planning for this is in the works and expected by 2026, stay tuned. Until then our agents are happy to help you with ideas and ideal destination

ideas. Just call or email us! 

How do I pay?

After you fill out our trip survey an agent will contact you within 24 hours

At this time all of the final details and questions will be asked based on your survey answers. After that an invoice will be sent to you and payments 

can be made via a secure credit card form. 

How will I know what to pack for my trip?

One week prior to travel you will recieve an email

This email will include a weather forecast for your destination as well as any specific items that you may need in your destination. 

For plane travel, your airline tickets will include one personal item that fits under the seat in front of you as well as one carry on bag per person. 

What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

Travel insurance is not required but is recommended and will be offered when our agent contacts you

Cancellation and change policies will vary depending on the type of travel insurance you decide on. Your service fee (20% of budget) will not be 

refunded but will be carried over to another trip when you're ready.
